The Tourism and Hotel Management Program at Mersin University is a well-established program that has been admitting students since 1978. Admission to the program is based on the ÖSYM exam system, encompassing formal and secondary education programs. To successfully complete the program, students are required to fulfill the following criteria:

Successfully completed all available courses, accumulating a total of 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credits.

Graduates of the associate degree program have the opportunity to further their education by pursuing undergraduate programs. They can do so by obtaining a valid grade in the DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam) or enrolling in AÖF (Open Education Faculty) undergraduate programs without the need for an entrance exam.
